Return

We do everything we can to fulfill your order to your satisfaction. Does an item not quite meet your expectations? Too bad, but that can happen. At Luxey Fashion you have 14 days to cancel your order. This period starts on the day after the package has been received by you or on your behalf. After these 14 days, you still have 14 days to return your order. Register your return for shipment by sending an email to retour@luxeyfashion.nl.

The items must NOT have been washed , we do NOT guarantee clothing AFTER washing, because we cannot check whether the item has been washed correctly.

Returns are easy. Send the items back with enclosed or download the return form here to the address below:

After we have received your return in good order, it will be processed within 14 days.

The shipping costs are 5.95 euros for orders under 85 euros. Orders are shipped for free from 85 euros. If an item or more items are returned after this and the total amount of your order is less than 85 euros, a shipping fee of 5.95 euros will still be charged. This amount will be deducted from the amount of the returned item.

If you return the entire order, the return costs of € 5.95 will be refunded.

It is also possible to bring your return item(s) to us. Send an email to retour@luxeyfashion.nl to make an appointment.

Luxey Fashion only accepts returns if they meet our conditions. The item must, if possible, be returned in its original condition including all labels & tags in the original packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when you return it.

Both the costs and the risk of shipping are for your own account in the case of a return. Send the items you wish to return in one shipment to ensure that the return can be processed quickly. Returns that are not identifiable will be returned to the sender where possible. Always send your return shipment with a track and trace code.

Paid with a credit code? then you will not receive a refund but a credit code.

When you buy an item that comes on sale later, we unfortunately cannot deduct the discount retroactively.

Return conditions:

* Earrings may not be returned (due to hygienic reasons)
* We do not take back items with stains (such as make-up/deo)!
* We do not accept an article that smells like deodorant / perfume
* The items must not have been worn/used or smell of perspiration or detergent
* The items must be in original condition and/or have packaging including tag/card
* The items are not discounted with a discount of 40% or more (this is a final sale that we no longer accept)
* The items must not have been washed, we do not guarantee clothes after washing, because we cannot check whether the item has been washed correctly
* We do not guarantee prints, zippers, (stitching) seams, stones, glitter, studs, buttons and other applications

*Please note: unfortunately we cannot supply products that not  meet the above conditions not  take back!

Exchange product?

Do you want to exchange your product? That's no problem at all. You can contact return@luxeyfashion.nl for this. However, you bear the costs for returning the product yourself.

I have provided the wrong delivery address! What now?

Accidentally entered the wrong delivery address? Then contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason, provided that the original condition including all labels & tags in the original packaging is not broken. If the seal is broken, your order is final and cannot be returned. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 7.25 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us via retour@luxeyfashion.nl . We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
